2. Service Description

StatementSnap is a web application that allows users to upload PDF bank statements and convert them into structured CSV format. All processing occurs locally on your device.

3. Data Privacy & Security

• Your PDF files are processed entirely on your device
• No files are uploaded to our servers
• No personal information is collected or stored
• All processing happens in your browser
• Files are not retained after processing

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of files you upload
• Ensure you have permission to process the bank statements
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Do not upload sensitive information you do not want processed

5. Limitations

• Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not responsible for accuracy of PDF parsing
• Results may vary depending on PDF format and quality
• Maximum file size is 25MB

6. Payment Terms

The service offers a $10 one-time payment for unlimited access. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
